I just don’t feel like working here is beneficial for anyone. The pay is horrible and they don’t like overtime. I see people leave daily due to how awful the pay is. This company is not worth it. If you want to work for security please don’t its a very clique environment and its not fun how they treat people.

The compensation is lacking for the amount of work expected from an employee. The company wants someone to dedicate their lifeblood to the company but is unwilling to meet them halfway by providing benefits or sustainable compensation.

Overall decent place to work at. I might’ve been lucky but I managed to develop a close bond with my co-workers. The work environment was relaxed, though sometimes there was a lot of tasks to be done.

The leaders are very caring and thoughtful. The school have the latest equipments, and the teachers are very knowledgable. I learned a lot during my time there.

Starting off with the positives NYFA has some amazing Teachers. They are all working hard in the film and theatre industry and are very knowledgeable and inspiring. But, NYFA lacks greatness in their Management, I have found faculty, other than teachers, to be very disinterested in their jobs.
