Draining a Dental Abscess | Advanced Dental Care

Very unprofessional.Staff/Employees Did not call or take the time to confirm my appointment or notify me that the doctor I would not be in the day of my appointment.I Filled out forms for 30 mins, waited, did general intake they continued services wanting to do X-rays refusing due to then be told that the doctor is not in.I was not able to get the second opinion that I was looking for after taking a personal day from work. Very inconsiderate when the polices that they have you sign explain that if you cancel or don’t show up you will be charged $20-$100. I would not recommend anyone to come to this facility.

I was scheduled for a cleaning and called to inform that I was going to be about 5 to 10 minutes late. The person who answered the phone said there was a 15 minute grace ******* My appt was for 4:00pm and I got to the office at 4:15 stood on line and by the time I got to the window it was 4:16. I was refused service and was told the hygienist had already left. How can that be if there is a 15 min grace ****** and I was standing on line? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the only thing they could do was take xrays and wait for another appt in 4 more months. I pleaded with them and reiterated that I was on line at 4:15 and got to the window by 4:16. Both people at the reception desk were very dismissive and lack poor customer service. I was dumbfounded at the lack of empathy specially when I explained that I have waited 6 months for that appt, had to be excused from work and travel about 10 miles to get to them.
