Hotel Tour: Manhattan At Times Square Hotel in New York City

Does anyone know the corporate contact information for The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel? It is very difficult to find contact information for their management online.

Thanks

If you stayed here recently please write up a review. We used to stay there but it became quite the dump over the years!

Thanks, I will but need to send letter complaining to corporate office. As a result of waiting over 1hr to get our bags from bellhop we missed our only available transportation home that night, were treated incredibly rudely by staff and management, were not given a room to stay the night and were forced to book another room as well as new transportation back the following morning, costing over $700. We were given a discount on our room, but didn’t come close to compensating for the borderline abusive treatment and financial burden their unbelievably poor services caused. I’d need to get in touch with their corporate management to officially complain and notify them of what happened.

Looking at their web page, I get the impression that it is a one-off hotel, not owned by any large corporation that I could see. You could call them at 212.581.3300 and you know their address and where to write. I would also put a review here on TripAdvisor that will get you a fast response.

Thanks All. Wrote a review. Searching in Better Business Bureau did show they used to be a Starwood hotel, but clearly as you all said they were dropped and for good reason.

Standard Rooms Are Drab And Worn But Have A Very Comfortable And Clean Bed The Renovated Executive Rooms Are Much Nicer

The standard rooms, at 280 square feet fail to impress — but they have all the important basics. The beds have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and there are work spaces in every room. Other amenities include 37-inch flat-screen TVs, clock radios, coffeemakers, in-room safes, and irons and ironing boards. Bathrooms are clean but dated, with shower/tub combos, hairdryers, and Pure by Gloss toiletries.

The renovated Executive Rooms are much nicer — featuring white leather beds, gray walls, and black furniture. It’s worth upgrading as the rooms also have 55-inch flat-screen TVs, Nespresso machines, marble walk-in showers, and pre-loaded tablets.

SaraStaff in the hotel is great, especially Senka from front desk… She is so frendly and kind, also we where really surprised she speaks ex Yugoslavian laguages. On other side hauskeepers should work more on the cleaning bathrooms. Location is also great, 3minutes walk from the Time Square.AhardykGreat stayThis is my second stay here. Great location right next to Times Square. Got a free upgrade for my birthday which was a big plus. The room in the 18th floor was upgraded and modern. Bathroom lovely with rain shower head and good pressure. Not alot of counter space though. Room very clean. Front desk service friendly and helpful. Although no valet, parking easy just around the corner. Easy to walk to many places from this hotel. This is my second stay at this hotel. I would stay again. The non upgraded rooms are a bit more aged but were still clean. For me, you arent going to NYC to just stay in the hotel, but this is a very good one at an affordable price point. M6633LFlauracDon’t stay here! The rooms on the website are not the rooms you get. The first we got had such a bad smell we had to move to another. The second room was filthy, phone, lamps, heating and air conditioning didn’t work along with most outlets. Didn’t receive towels most days. Smells bad. Bathroom was full of mildew and bathtub was soft. We thought we were going to fall through it. Staff are very unhelpful. cmorrow2019Newly Renovated DumpLaura CDirty, old and unsafe to inhabit!brean_reed
