Thank you so much for taking the time out and leaving a rating. I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. The hotel does not have parking available and we have called third party websites many times to fix this issue. However, from what we are told by third party website, there is a glitch in the system that marks us having a parking. Nevertheless, I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience.

Nice Hotel With Great Rooms
This is a great hotel in the Astoria Queens section of NYC. We stayed here after a brief stay in Manhattan and it is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city. I wish this hotel were closer to a few different restaurant choices and attractions but the accommodations were really nice. The beds left a lot to be desired as they were very uncomfortable and the sheets were absolutely terrible unfortunately but this is my only criticism.

Staff was so incredible friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding, Gym was well equipped, and washed dryer perfect. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff above and beyond. I chose this place because it was within walking distance to the Joffrey Dance School. But when I got there I realized it was close to everything, stores, restaurants, and a block from the subway. I will defenitly go back.
