Human Resources Administration Of Nyc

Project Size 650,000 SF

JRM Construction Management completed a six floor interior fit-out for the Human Resources Administration of NYC in Brooklyn. The project included training rooms with lecterns, podiums, and smart board technology as well as full AV systems. New Lutron lighting controls with energy efficiency technology and graphic eye controls were implemented into each classroom.

JRM installed an IDF closet with racks and cabling to 3,000 workstations. All new finishes including terrazzo flooring and a glass feature wall from 3Form were implemented within the space.

For the interior fit-out of HRAs Bronx location, JRM installed new elevator pits, MEPS rooms, and a cooling tower. A Barretto entrance and loading dock were included in the space along with structural ceiling and mezzanine work to support a hung ceiling on the 1st floor.
