HSMSE is a small school, which means it has a great community of students and teachers. The school provides advanced education, good opportunities for STEM students, and helpful college admissions assistance. Though there is no Humanities track for students who may feel less inclined in STEM over time, HSMSEs classes in the humanities are handled very well. The school has lots of resources and a great reputation, its very much geared towards college readiness which means it attracts lots of high-achieving students with that goal. Its extremely competitive but the workload is manageable. Overall, the school has a difficult curriculum, but if you get used to it, itll do wonders for your career.
