Rooms are extremely small for a 6 night stay and there is very little storage – wardrobe is tiny and we could not unpack our suitcases. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms – alarm clocks, doors smashing shut and suitcases rolling. You cannot lock the bathroom door, so you need to share with someone who is ready to see you on the toilet seat!!!!!! The bed was king size and very comfortable. The breakfast is average. Same or very similar options every day. Particularly, the turkey sausages look and taste disgusting. On a positive note, you can take muffins and fruit away for the day which was handy and the catering staff were generally lovely and friendly! Would we stay here again? No. The location is what you are paying for.

Compact But Clean Friendly Great Location
Value for money. All rooms in NYC are small, but this was ok. Well designed closet, good comfortable bed, clean bathroom and carpets, plus auiet street . Close to Penn station and Herald Square where we needed to be and very friendly, helpful, professional staff at reception. Only downside was thin walls and we could hear people talking on both sides of us at night. Would definityely stay here for a short trip again.

– location is central to mostKey area of Manhattan and public transportation- rooms are decent size and cost effective- cafe on site though lot of eating option nearby- staff is good. They are welcoming upholding the bonvoy brandCons:Nothing stands out! Just make sure to get a room on a higher floor.
This is a great restaurant if you want to be near the stadium. It was a long walk to the theater- but it is walkable. We were able to walk most places and there so many great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly. No free breakfast was a bummer.
