If you book early enought like half a year in advance, you will get good prices for very clean and modern looking rooms. On top of that, just be nice and ask for a higher floor, you will get it if available. So thank you so much Josh and James for the incredible rooms and those VIEEEEWWWS ! Josh and James you are legends man. Also a big thanks to the room service, you are so fast, great work! Thanks Elloy for taking care of our baggages 🙂 A quick word about the breakfest. Its kind of normal, not a big deal, but again its the people who work there, who made everyday great ! Just the whole staff of this hotel is super welcoming and friendly. This makes a stay at this fast paced city so much better. Great job everyone !

We have been upgraded when we arrived and we get the best room ever with a breathtaking view on New York and the river. The team was really nice, Leyla, Evan and all members at breakfast. Thank you for welcoming and caring ! Coffee bar at any time is really appreciable. Rooms are cleans and modern : a little bit small although. But it didnt make the stay less enjoyable!

Great Staff But Please Get Some Mini Fridges
First of all, shout out to Christina and the rest of the staff at Fairfield Inn Chelsea, they were very friendly, and patient. We had a lot of packages and requests, and the staff was always quick and helpful.All the things wrong with this hotel is not their fault, the heating is janky, the lighting is this horrible dim fluorescent lamp so forget about doing any complicated makeup work here ladies, there’s no safe or fridge and this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to without either of those. I honestly would give this place a five if management invested in normal lightbulbs, mini fridges, and safes.

Great value, nice room, excellent staff. Recognized my Ambassador status. Perfect location in the heart of Chelsea. I highly recommend this hotel for business. Apparently the hotel will be upgrading the gym with new equipment in January 2023.

Here for a 3 day weekend for Army-Navy Game. Hotel has been open for a week so everything is spotless clean. Check in easy, has loading area in front for car drop off. Many garages near that are cheaper than hotel – recommend dropping bags/wife off and use spot hero for parking.Rooms are about the size of a cruise ship room but that is expected for NYC. Location is easy walk to Red line and Orange line subway making getting anywhere easy. Walkable to all midtown activities, including Penn station.The view from the room! Easily the best view Ive ever had in NYC. I usually just see another wall out my window. Now here! Complete view of downtown, Statue of Liberty, etc. Amazing!Room itself has a nice sitting couch which is a rare luxury in NYC. Not sure if double rooms would have it. Bathroom tight but nicely configured. Fridge/microwave nice to have. Breakfast is good with actual plates silverware. :-)Only complaint I could see is the hotel is nearly 50 floors. Elevator can take some time especially during check in times. They have 4 elevators but you may have to wait at time. Obviously. Walking 43 flights of stairs would not be fun so you wait.Recommendation: this a great hotel. Pick it. Use the subway lines. You will have a great time!Go Navy! Beat Army!

The staff was very nice and very helpful the breakfast was also nice..the view of the city was spectacular .
The staff were so friendly. There were a decent amount of hiccups for the stay. It didn’t impact us terribly, but the staff made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to help everyone out. Breakfast was always hot and delicious too.

All the breakfast staff were so warm and helpful, guiding us through the one-way flow and being very welcoming. Plenty of selections for breakfast.Everyone at this hotel was warm and helpful, including the housekeeper…we did note names of the excellent front desk staff: Rachel, Lejla, Jamella, and Ariel–and another who cheerfully secured our bags for a few hours on our last day,–and wouldn’t accept a tip.
