Upon the death of our dad on Thursday, January 13th, we contacted McCall’s Bronxwood Funeral Home. I was given instructions on the required documents. My sisters and I met with several of the staff to get the process started on January 14th. We were assigned to work with Mr. Joseph Jones. Mr. Jones and all the staff were exceptional in keeping us informed every step of the way during such a difficult time.The service itself was far more than I expected.
