Perfect Location For The Javits Center
We stayed 4 nights for New York Comic Con 2022. Perfect location, close enough to to the Javits Convention Center, 1/2 block from Penn Station. Directly across from the old main post office building. The lobby is welcoming with comfortable furniture and work-friendly tables and chairs, Service was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, and the breakfast was adequate with several choices. We asked for a room refrigerator and it was promptly delivered. We really had zero complaints and would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay in the Fairfield. This hotel is excellent and is made even better by the amazing staff the hotel had. All the staff exceeded my expectations and were always very friendly and helpful.Our room was great. Just what we needed after a busy day in New York seeing the sights. Yes the rooms are not the biggest but they are excellent, clean, modern,bed is super comfy and the bathroom is clean & modern.The only complaint/ negative thing I could say about the hotel and its only a minor thing for us was the hot breakfast food. There was not choice or variety in the hot food section, it was the same food every morning and sometimes it was not hot.

Location was great. Breakfast was OK. Breakfast staff was superb.
The front desk clerks are really nice. I was able to check in early and I got a room upgrade with a city view . Also the breakfast is really good and the stuff are very helpful even though sometimes it could be crowded. They will always find a table for you. It is my second time at this property and for sure I’ll come back in the future. I highly recomand it!

We drove to the ferry. This location is very located very well for the ferry. Possibly would like a little closer to the theaters but, it was Very doable. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was so efficient and friendly. In fact, the entire staff at the hotel was very good.

Facilities, commodities, breakfast was pretty good
It was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were nice. The location was walking distance ftom a lo of attractions.
Everything was great! We were on the 22nd floor, with a cool view. Great value for money. I would def come back here for another ny trip.

Rooms at the Fairfield are contemporary, if generic, with large flat-screen TVs, iPod docks, free Wi-Fi, attractive wooden headboards, and plush bedding. Some are on the small side, and bathrooms are also small, and have little countertop space for toiletries. However, they do come equipped with makeup mirrors and hairdryers, and closets include laptop-sized safes. Most rooms are quiet for this area, especially those on higher floors some have wonderful skyline views. Room renovations are planned for 2015.
