I know October is super expensive but not sure if that is the most expensive month and February tends to be cheaper but not sure if the cheapest month.

Scott looks pretty accurate. Q1 is cheapest, Q4 is most expensive . Q2 and Q3 are in the middle, with Q2 often a bit more expensive than Q3 . While this information might be helpful, what matters is the price on the day when you are in town, and that can vary a lot depending on short term demand that gets smoothed out in the quarterly averages.
