You literally enter this museum through the gift shop. It;is actually a pretty nice gift shop with the typical Niagara Falls souvenirs.;This isnt a large museum;and when we went, we had the place completely to ourselves. Of course, it was a very snowy day in February. I dont know how crowded the museum gets in the summer but it is located in a very popular area just around the corner from the Hard Rock Cafe and across the street from Niagara Falls State Park.
