Excellent Customer Service! Super Easy to get appointments! Have experience using different internet service providers and Optimum Internet service is by far the best. I stream a lot and Optimum has never let me down.

Internet and phone goes down daily, in middle of zoom. Techs come out to repair issue and leave,saying they are not able to repair tap outside on pole. This happened 5 times.

They Make It Easy For Customer To Pay
They make it easy for customer to pay bills, internet quality is good, not so great but just good, the Amazing thing about them, without asking for help during the Covid 19 lock down, they were only taking $10 to keep my WiFi running, which enhanced my research and my sons online school activities. They have good heart for customer, I love them and I remain grateful. Though they reduced my internet speed but what I have is good enough.
