Woof’s is seeking a full-time, in-office Reservation Specialist to join our growing team. Reservation Specialists provide high-quality, best-in-class customer service over the phone. Primary tasks include scheduling appointments for our guests and facilitating positive communication between our guests and our stores. The ideal Reservation Specialist is a detail-oriented individual who is tech-savvy and can quickly take care of guest requests via phone, email, and chat. Weekend work is required.

Woofs Play And Stay: Dreiling Sees Big Business In Doggy Daycare
This is the most fun of any business Ive had. I get to hang out with dogs and make the world a better place, says Dave Dreiling, founder and CEO of HCI Hospitality.
As he explains the genesis of his latest business enterprise, a wide smile spreads across the face of this hometown serial entrepreneur. If you havent heard Dreilings name before, you have most likely heard of one of his businesses. As a young entrepreneur, he sold T-shirts out of the back of his car to Kansas State University fraternities and sororities in Manhattan. The business, originally named Greek To Me, later abbreviated to GTM, expanded to team uniforms and apparel and grew to be one of the largest companies in the area. In 2016, the company was bought by Hanesbrands Inc. and renamed to Champion Teamwear.
In 2002, as GTM was growing, Dreiling began to diversify his business portfolio into the restaurant industry, and started Hungry Cats Incorporated, now known as HCI Hospitality. The multi-brand hospitality management company operates Cox Bros. BBQ, Powercat Sports Grill, Coco Bolos and JCs BBQ & Grill. In addition to these local favorites, the company also operates over 30 Freddys Frozen Custard & Steakburger franchises across North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska and four other states.

This is the busiest time of year for pet boarding and grooming centers, as people want their pets to look their best and seek a place for the animals to stay during holiday travel.
The 50-plus dogs at Woofs Play, Stay and Grooming, 530 McCall Road, Thursday afternoon did not seem to mind having lots of friends to play with, though.
Kelly Neel, owner and general manager, had run Howl-A-Dayz Inn for the last 11 years and said she loved it. But when her landlord, Dave Dreiling, suggested partnering to move from the old building and expand the business over the summer, she couldnt resist.
We went to a conference in Los Angeles, and that really inspired us to do this the biggest and the best we can and to set the standard in the area, Neel said.
She said while the move and changes were stressful at times, the move will ultimately be for the best.
