Not a Suite. NO Desk for Work

Highly disappointing for a business traveler. Despite this being a SpringHill “Suites” property, the room is NOT a suite. In fact, it is smaller and less useful than most non-suite properties. Notably, there is no desk whatsoever. The room is overly dark, and poorly lit for reading. Although this property is only 6 months old, the halls have torn wallpaper and damaged carpet. Does not live up to the SpringHills brand.

Bed bugs in room 512!!! I stayed at the property on 9/28 and woke up with about 10 insect bites of my back. I called the reception and there was no manager on-site to address the issue. I left the hotel, called the manager and left a VM, I am still waiting to be called back 5 days later!!! They just didnt care. In my 20 years of business travel, I had never had to deal with bed bugs!! Yuck The rooms are super tiny, and they have a policy where you get housekeeping in your room only every other day. I think they should reconsider given there are insects carwling on guests’ backs!! Save you money, time and stay healthy. Don’t stay at this hotel!!

The neighborhood was pretty, & close to several metro stops. Our room was available early so we could get drop our bags and get on our way. The staff was very attentive & friendly. Great neighborhood for running too.
Excellent location. Lots of good restaurants around. Convenient to NYU.
The bed was so comfortable and the location was great. The hotel was also so clean and quite.
Disappointed arriving at breakfast 8:30 am. All the hot breakfast was gone. The staff said they were putting good out. They did not. Never got to eat the waffle or hot fresh chicken or turkey, whichever was suppose to be served. Coffee was good.

The location was perfect. close to the subway, restaurants, grocery/pharmacy and reasonable walking distance to attractions. The breakfast was great and the staff AMAZING! The hotel common areas and rooms were clean, it was quiet as well and the beds very comfy.
The location is great, the room was well appointed, the bed comfortable and there was enough room to move around and not feel cramped. At night it was very quiet.
