What I liked about Hair Rules:-They really understand natural black hair and how to handle it. -They do an excellent job of cutting black hair so it and I look great at all times regardless of how I’m styling my hair.What I didn’t like about HR:-With the new salon, the staff seems to have forgotten that rudeness towards customers is unacceptable.Any recommendations for a salon in Manhattan or Westchester, NY?
