The Hotel Sits On A Nondescript Gritty Street But It’s Close To Times Square
The hotel is located in Midtown West, just a five-minute walk from Times Square, which is the main draw for many tourists looking to experience the bright lights of the city. Numerous theaters are also within walking distance, as are various subway lines, Port Authority Bus Terminal, and Bryant Park, where visitors can ice-skate in the winter and watch free movies during the warmer months. The street itself is gritty, though there are adult DVD stores and a New York State parole office on the block .

First time we stayed here last year and we liked it although covid19 protocols didn’t do any favor to the hotel. This time it was so much better! We got upgraded and I want to say that we really appreciated it. It definitely made our 11 night stay much more comfortable. Room was clean and modern, we had daily housekeeping service, breakfast was also good although usually there were a lot of people and sometimes it was difficult to get a table.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were provided an early check in and also given a new room due to air conditioning issues in our first room. They were eager to assist and made us feel very welcome
I loved the location which is super close to Penn Station. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. Very quiet. There’s a small snack stand in the lobby of the hotel which is convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The view from my room was great.
Loved the staff! AC wasnt working during the heat wave in NYC but staff moved me into a room with working AC.
