Urgent Care Services & Pricing
Urgent care centers, which are part of the walk-in clinic healthcare category, are a convenient resource for consumers needing treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. Services that you would normally receive at your primary care office are usually available at an urgent care including annual and school physicals, flu shots and immunizations, treatment for illnesses including colds, flu stomach pains, sinus and ear infections and more. You can also be seen for injuries such as burns, bites, sprains and breaks – things that you might first thing to go to the emergency room vs urgent care, but youll have a shorter wait and smaller bill at the urgent care. As for cost, without insurance, you should expect between $100-140 for your visit, plus the cost of any labs, tests or images. With insurance, urgent care will be similar to seeing a specialist with applicable co-pay.

“I liked the way I was treated with courtesy, attentive & kindness all the staff were nice, place clean, with divider, all staffs wore mask & they require masks for everyone that comes in no mask no service, check out & I recommend look it up”
“The cite was literally made for the demand . Yet they are ALWAYS over crowded, and literally turn ppl away. Front staff are polite. They need to get it together. Anyone giving a 5 star is lying. Waiting 2 hours is 5 star quality ?”
“It’s ridiculous they are supposed to be open until 5 pm, I showed up at 1: pm they told me we can’t take anymore patients wow just wow”
“I understand it was a Friday evening, and there was only one doctor onsite, but my symptoms were only recorded on a post it note, and the doctor dismissed my symptoms, seemingly more interested in Guy Fieri on the television than listening to my potential COVID concerns. I did not visit CityMD on a Friday night simply to get a rapid test, but also because Ive been symptomatic, and particularly wasnt feeling well that day however I have no documentation, paper or on apps, that records these symptoms. Ive visited this site before, Ive been pleased in the past, but Friday night was surprisingly subpar. To note, the doctor wasnt wearing a mask himself.”

What are people saying about walk-in clinics near Jerome Ave, The Bronx, NY?
This is a review for walk-in clinics near Jerome Ave, The Bronx, NY:
“Took my son here when he had a cold. They were polite, professional & most of all nice. The other urgent cares in the area have rude staff. LevelUp was such a refreshing change from that. Their facility is super clean as well. They also called a few days later and asked how my son was feeling. Very nice touch, and very appreciated. Wishing the business the best, grateful they are in the neighborhood.”
