Great experience. Understanding. Professional. The vet was so good with my sick dog. Worked with my budget. Was upfront about costs as I simply asked for that and they were very accommodating. My dog was an emergency situation. I was thankful to get her in as quickly as they did. I had been in tears over the thought of losing my dog so soon . They also called to check up on her. She’s now doing much better and her babies.

We have gotten a lot of great care there over the years… And today, my beautiful old girl had a crisis and they were there for us with tons of loving care and empathy. Dr. Liz is so compassionate and knowledgeable and really listens and the techs who assisted us were compassionate and so very helpful. Thank you Little Apple!

My dog was having seizures. Was new to area. Stopped in to see if they could see her. Told me it would be two days before they could fit us in. They had NO patients when I was there. And I thought this was a HOSPITAL? That means you have emergencies and adjust accordingly. Long story short, girls at front desk seemed to care less and did not seem to care. I went somewhere else. Avoid them. Wish my small home town bet wasnt so far away. They really cared.

Terrible excuse for a veterinarian! When I called to give them a heads up that I was bringing my dog in with a severe inflamed abscess on his paw, they told me “We don’t have availability for that”. WHAT?? Are you kidding me?? When I got home from work, I noticed my dog was in obvious pain, limping around and licking his paw constantly. They are the only vet open after noon on Saturdays, so I was going there despite the warnings I have received from several people concerning Little Apple vets outrageous prices. I told them I was willing to wait however long it took. However they refused service because they would be closing in a couple of hours. Well duh! They still had 2 hours to squeeze my dog in. So now my poor doggie will be in pain this weekend, although I am trying some home remedies. I guess I can thank them for saving me probably $200 + They don’t even deserve one star because professional veterinarians would not turn a dog in need away.
