Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores weve received and divide that total by the number of review scores weve received. In addition, guests can give separate subscores in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so theres no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didnt actually stay there. To edit a review youve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Along with a coffee machine and a mini-refrigerator, they also have cable channels to keep you entertained. Some units have views of the city.

I brought a group of students to visit and reserved multiple rooms. I had several changing requests and their sales rep, Christine Z. was patient and accommodating. Their front desk staff was the HIGHLIGHT of the trip. ALL interactions we had with them left me smiling and they treated our students with such warmth. I made a special request for late check out due to business conflicts and they went above and beyond! Will be using them again!

Stayed for two nights on a work trip. The hotel is a distinctly average functional hotel. The room was fine but I had an awful view of the alleyway behind. Amenities wise, it was basic. No slippers or bathrobes were provided. There was also no bottled water provided in the room. Discovered subsequently that you could ask for bottled water at reception, after having spent $4.50 for bottled water from the hotel shop!! One of the bath towels provided was badly frayed at the edges which is. It something I would have expected from a Hilton hotel! The hotel is very conveniently located, just minutes away from the financial district and close to Central Station. This was probably the best thing that the hotel had going for it! A distinctly so-so hotel. I wouldnt like to stay here again.

location is great rooms are good many restaurants around. a couple of the reception stuff are nice and helpful.
The hotel is small and cosy in a quiet part of Midtown Manhattan and within the easy reach to all the attractions and shopping. I really love the location and of course the Hilton bedding which as always, is just so comfy
Great location and staff were so kind changing our room to an upper floor as one of the rooms we got was very dark and no view.
The view from my room was magnificent! I stayed on the 20th floor. The staff was very nice and helpful.
300 per night is expensive , but as I ve understood, for Manhattan this price is rather normal. So , the hotel is ok, I would say as expected. Friendly personal. Very close to some main sights of NY.
