The staff was really great, esp. Marcos who treated us like family. The room had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet. We really loved the terrace / balcony. The free breakfast and coffee was nice to have although it is institutional food.
The location and breakfast, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Rooms were comfortable enough, but they could be better.
After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous for our stay but it was nothing like the negative reviews. the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Marco! The location was perfect, the rooms were big and very clean, the breakfast was delicious! We felt extremely safe in the area we were in.
We loved the friendly staff, clean room, location, helpful engineers who helped with our safe issue, breakfast, free tea & coffee and comfy room. The rooftop terrace was great.
