About Dr Peggy Roberts
Dr. Peggy Roberts is a doctoral prepared, board certified, New York licensed Womens Health Nurse Practitioner. She has spent over a decade caring for women of all ages. She has extensive experience in preventative medicine for women, high risk pregnancies, sexual medicine and aesthetics.
Dr. Roberts passion and dedication to providing the utmost care to women has led her to opening her own practice, Trust Womens Healthcare. From a thorough well woman visit to best practice aesthetic medicine, Dr. Roberts provides personalized care and complete professionalism.
Prior to founding Trust Womens Healthcare, Dr. Roberts holds both Bachelors and Master of Science degrees and received her training from the largest health system in the New York tri-state area. Dr. Roberts has received extensive training in obstetrics, womens health, minimally invasive procedures and aesthetics.
Dr. Roberts serves on the board of The Nurse Practitioner Association of New York, an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Womens Health Nurse Practitioner Association.
In addition to caring for women, Dr. Roberts is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Hofstra University. She is regularly invited to lecture at speaking engagements and present her expert opinion to diverse media outlets.

Checkups for gynecological concerns may require a pelvic exam.
For the testing and treatment of urinary tract infections, we will need to collect a urine sample at the time of your visit.
For the testing and treatment of vaginal infections, a pelvic exam may be required.
A Pap test is sometimes needed during a routine checkup.

The Wyckoff Heights Medical Center provides state of the art Obstetrical, Gynecological, and Womens health care, to meet the needs of the community. Our Birthing Center has state-of-the-art equipment to provide the safest birth possible. Our Birthing Center has traditional labor and delivery rooms, birthing rooms, and if necessary 3 operating suites. Our unit is staffed with Board Certified Obstetricians, Midwives, and highly dedicated Nurses. Anesthesiologists are available 24/7 for pain relief. We do have a midwifery option, with natural labor and delivery. There is also an option for short stays. Wyckoff Heights Medical Center has a Level III nursery with Board Certified Neonatologists, and a Neonatal ICU that can handle babies that are less than one pound.
Our Hospital has the prestigious designation of being a Baby Friendly hospital. We support and educate mothers on breast feeding.

Our OB/GYN physicians provide annual womens health checkups. This includes testing for sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV, Pap smears to check for human papillomavirus and cervical cancer, and screenings for breast cancer and other cancers. Birth control, including intrauterine device placement, is also available. If you have endometriosis, pelvic pain, or any other womens health issue, our doctors can help.

Wonderful facility! I found Dr. Roberts through Zocdoc while on my hunt for a black OBGYN.The lobby is gorgeous. Feels very luxurious while also being relaxing and casual. The two times I visited, the office had Girlfriends playing on the TV which, oddly enough, made me feel at ease. I like a luxurious feeling office, but not to a pretentious point where I feel uncomfortable and this office does not give that vibe.The receptionist ladies were wonderful. They were friendly and attentive.The only con I would have are the exam rooms feeling bare. This is a common thing Im finding with new clinics especially when theyre independently owned by the physician. Not sure what the requirements or restrictions are for decor in medical exam rooms but some plants, magazines, maybe a tv would be nice in some rooms. Again, it seems like a very new facility so its understandable.Dr. Roberts herself was amazing. She was super sweet, friendly, and completely open to any questions I had. Yall already know how some doctors can be they want to be in-and-out, but not Dr. Roberts. I really appreciated the care she gave me.I have officially found my new OBGYN!
I travel an hour from Queens to Brooklyn because its worth it, Dr Roberts is upbeat and everyone is so caring! Havent met a doctor like her.
