A day before received email welcoming us for our stay at the NYMA Hotel with pictures of the hotel. Arrived and was told hotel was closed and reservations were moved to a hotel across the street and they had no rooms with the previously requested king beds. No option but accept since it was marathon weekend and all rooms in the city booked. No apologies, no explanation. Many others in the hotel had the same experience and were angry. Can a hotel get away with this????
