The free breakfast was great ,the view was amazingggggggg!! And the location was perfect my room was very cozy and I didnt have a problem with the heater major plus.

The corner room on the 55th floor had a nice view on Hudson River and Times Square – that was the best. We loved the breakfast – for US standards it was a little more european . The room was not too big, but completely enough space for 2 people! The staff was friendly and helpfull. Location wise – 10 mins to central park, 10 mins to Times Square . Overall – I will be back.
The location is great! Close to Central Park and Times Square, but surprisingly quiet. There are subway stations nearby. The size of the room is good per NYC standard and the kitchenette is useful. Breakfast included in the rate was good, but not great. Staff is attentive.

Lively Modern Hotel With More Polish Than Most Residence Inns
Those expecting a run-of-the-mill Residence Inn are in for a pleasant surprise at this hotel. The tallest hotel in North America — at the time of our visit in 2016, at least — there’s a lot to like about this skyscraping property. From the shimmery glass exterior that towers above Broadway, to the funky black marble lobby, there’s plenty of polished style here. The use of contemporary art — particularly striking when taken with the abundance of shiny black marble and black leather in the lobby — makes a bold statement, from the Giacometti-like figural sculptures that greet guests when they walk in the door, to the neo-industrial frosted glass panels that offer some privacy from the bustle of Broadway outside. Some of the brand’s mid-range hotel holdovers are present here too, including the convenience store in the lobby, but there’s also a lively vibe — perhaps not surprising given the location near the Theater District and Times Square. The Bistro on the third floor has a full bar and serves a happy hour that’s popular with guests. Sports and news play on the TVs while soft music is piped through the speakers. Still, without a proper restaurant, most guests do spend their time out and about in the city, and travelers should expect to see nearly all types here, from vacationing couples to business travelers and even a few families.

Shout out to the Residence Inn Central Park location in NYC. Other than a hohumm breakfast, everything about my stay was above average for Manhattan. Super convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Acknowledged my status at check in, including my request for late checkout. Beautiful 62nd floor corner room with views of both the Hudson River and Times Square. I wasnt going to cook so the counter in the kitchen gave me extra space to spread out. Fridge was very cold. Lovely! Appliances looked new and well cared for. Roomy and convenient bathroom with great hot water temp control and handheld shower head. A comfortable chair and ottoman convenient for relaxing by the window. Just enough extra square footage in the room to be significant in a city where such things are in short supply. The elevators were speedy. Good bar on the fourth floor.

Second time here well happy for the choice. Room view was amazing . Space in the room was just right for the standards of the city. Cleanliness was OK. Staff was always awesome and accommodating. Breakfast is various and plenty we were ok for the day. The elevator are crazy fast and also during rush hour you manage to get up or down in a reasonable amount of time. Cant wait to come back

On Broadway Right In The Heart Of Midtown Manhattan
By Manhattan standards, it doesn’t get more central for tourists or business travelers than this hotel. Located on the corner of West 54th Street and Broadway in Midtown, the hotel is a five-minute walk to Central Park and a 10-minute walk to Times Square. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is teeming with local vibes as well as tourist attractions. There are dozens of local restaurants lining Ninth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, just two blocks west of the hotel, while MoMA, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall are a 10-minute walk or less in the other direction. It will also take 10 minutes to reach Fifth Avenue, which is home to plenty of luxury and name-brand stores, as well as sights like St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Depending on the show, most Broadway theaters are within a 15-minute walk, though many are even closer.

The breakfast is typical American, but it was free for me, so no complaints.

The sixty-one floor hotel is a combination Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn floors on the upper levels. Hotel is within walking distance of several theaters but several blocks from Times Square and the Theatre District. Hotel staff are consistently busty, friendly, and knowledgeable yet a bit stressed. Lobby appeared clean despite heavy foot traffic. Elevators sometimes had long wait times in the morning and late afternoon. Guest rooms had worn, but functional, amenities and the room and bathroom were generally clean. Guest room kitchen and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn but functional. Corridor fixtures and floor carpets were a bit worn. Lounge, bar. and breakfast buffet were located on the fourth floor. Breakfast buffet was good quality fare with limited selection. Many take-out and restaurant options within close proximity of hotel many other guests relied upon food delivery services at the time of my stay. Vehicle traffic noise is prevalent as the hotel is proximal to busy medical and first responder units yet upper floors were surprisingly quiet. Overall, excellent experience. The hotel is an ideal place for families and tourists. I would consider returning to this hotel when conducting business in midtown Manhattan in the future.
