Only There One Night So No Real Review
Only there one night, so no real review. Hotel was next to college bar scene, “Aggieville,” lots of Mexican restaurants, bars advertising tequila shots, etc. Found a decent place called Nico’s Little Italy within easy walking distance. All other places packed with college kids.Didn’t want to pay the hotel’s $15 required valet rate, so parked in a municipal garage a few blocks away. Free, fine, no problems.K State campus nice for a stroll, and the neighborhood across the street from the hotel was a typical college-student neighborhood, rental properties in various states of repair/disrepair, but shaded streets, pleasant walking. Liked the town very much.

I was sceptical about staying so far downtown, but it proved to be a great location as the two main north-south Manhattan subway routes are just a few blocks away. It’s a fairly new hotel and the facilities are still in good condition, and the few times I needed help from the reception and housecleaning staff, they were prompt and professional. There is a wide variety of quick and affordable places to eat or get food nearby.
I can say that it was the most beautiful experience at this hotel! we stayed on the 31st floor with a wonderful view, with facilities at hotel, gym available, living area many facilities plus very kind staff! tasty breakfast, with many options, from different types of eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausages, pancakes, fruits and vegetables, oats, jams and many others. thank you! congratulations residence inn we will definitely come back!
very clean and the rooms actually had space , which is sometimes hard to find in a city hotel . Also parking is right next door.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and parking in area was helpful. The free breakfast was great and very tasty. I will definitely be back.
I liked everything, will stay again and again 100 times over.

Loved getting to see what Manhattan, Kansas had to offer! Great university town with lots of great food & things to see near the college campus. Upbeat energy & lots of young people all about town. Easy directions & access to highways.Fantastic customer service at the Parkwood Inn & suites. No charge for parking, close to everything & clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Great price for a full complimentary breakfast, decent size room & especially appreciated the mini-frige & microwave!Loved having lunch at the Bluestem Bistro…Extra delicious lunch menu, coffee & pastries. Good prices. Graduation at Kansas state was wonderful! Would come back again, springtime is beautiful!
