Staff very nice, good breakfast, beautifull hotel overall

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. Close to central park and the Met museum. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was terrific. It is within walking distance of many tourist sites. Staffs were friendly. The building and room looked like they had just been remodeled. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, and great air conditioning!

Breakfast was good, I would have liked to see some gluten-free options as I am allergic and there were lots of tasty breads that everyone in my family could enjoy, but I couldn’t. Also, it should end around ten instead of at 9, or 9:30. The room and location were excellent!

Check-in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city which I had requested. The location was perfect as it is in walking distance to all the areas I was interested in Lincoln Center, Broadway, Central Park, and the excellent restaurants on 9th avenue.

Extremely Professional and friendly staff. Very clean and not yoo far from theaters.

Front desk staff member are really friendly. Hotel rooms are clean and quiet.
