Practical location for SoHo & West Village. Typical Courtyard Marriott.
Location was perfect to the subway. Room a little small for 2 beds, but it was fine.
Excellent design with adequate storage. Strategic lighting. Splendid, drenching shower in bathroom which was equipped with a well-weatherstripped door so that I could shower or flush the toilet without disturbing my late-sleeping wife. Effective and quiet HVAC system. Workstation desk with excellent chair. Bed and bedclothes were splendid.
Great location. Manhattan/Soho is a beautiful area.
Some hotels in Manhattan are really threadbare, worn down, this was not the case here. the location is really great fir being close to the 1 train / Houston and being able to walk to dozens of shops and restaurants. also great to have a Starbucks in the lobby.
Location is amazing. SOHO is a must visit area and this hotel is in such a great area. Easy to get around. Easy to get to subway. Tons of restaurants and places to see. Must stay!
Very center located. Room were clean but not very big, as everything in Manhattan. Very close to the metro 1.

My room was 500$ to 700$ a night Apparently everything was fine but the room was dark old and depressing . I woke up at 4:00am smelling like urine my the mattress had dry urine and the smell went over the sheets. It was disgusting!! I cant believe they never change that dirty mattress. I call front desk and they move me to another room at 5:00am . I had to pack my suitcase and move. I was crying I feel so gross. Next day the manager call me to apologizing but that is was it. I move to another hotel. And they still charge me 500$ for that night. Terrible experience! Terrible hotel. Very dirty and old. Terrible costumers service. The worst!!

Pleasantly surprised given the relatively “inexpensive” price for a nice hotel in a great location over a holiday. Walk to Washington Square Park & NYU. Plenty of restaurants in the area. And a special shout out to the maid service for an extremely well-done job! Compliments to whoever cleaned #202 over the holiday wknd. Overall can recommend as a good spot to visit lower Manhattan at a reasonable price.
