lmarieg056Great stayThe hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They are attentive to all your needs. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. There was also a coffee maker and small fridge in the room. The hotel is located close to restaurants and within walking distance of NYU and Washington Square. The hotel price is reasonable by NY standards. We discovered a nearby eatery just a few blocks away called :”Hundred Acres” with the most delicious weekend brunches!!. Good location but small rooms

The hotel is good for SoHo and Greenwich Village etc and it is even walking distance to dowtown. The room had two single beds and it still seemed small. It was clean and had a bathtub . There was no daily housekeeping which i feel is becoming the norm now in all but 5 star hotels and is a shame. It is nice to have your room/bed made/cleaned eachday and sadly this hotel doesn’t do it.

Clean, comfortable, convenient stay. It’s right next to a subway stop. Two blocks away are a CVS pharmacy and a Trader Joe’s. A few minutes walk to restaurants in the West Village and SoHo. Hotel is also close to Greenwich Village and Tribeca. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bathroom has a glass door shower only, no tub. Room ending in 05 has a sweeping view to the north of Empire State Building and other skyscrapers. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Elevators were quick. The only downside is the room window facing the street w/ the stunning view is single paned, which meant occasionally hearing traffic noise late night. But, we walked so much that we fell fast asleep.

Dirty mattress. Dirty room. Very bad costumer service.

Location was fantastic. Parking was cheap and easy with outsource parking.

The location is great, however room size is Ok for one person, in my opinion would be too small for a couple. I was there alone for work so for me it was enough

Led by Sharon at front desk and all others too. very helpful and cheerful always esp in these times. provided us with whatever help they could. as dining & kitchen was closed but dining area tables & chairs were available for our own food and microwave was provided. special thanks to Lara, the propery GM was kind enough to arrange for a tea/coffee maker also which we used in our room. location was fantastic – walking distance to Washinton Sq park, 50 mts from Subway , 10 min walk to Hudson river area and so many shops around the area for food, shopping etc. Housekeeping staff was so efficinet and quick in picking up trash, providing fresh towels/sheets/linen etc when needed..front office staff smiling and provided paper plates, cups, paper napkins etc. Overall 11/10 to them for the excellent service espcially during these challenging times!

Practical location for SoHo & West Village. Typical Courtyard Marriott.
